"The results actually stuck around"
I tried younbeauty a few months ago and held off on writing anything because I wanted to see if the results would fade, but they really haven’t, my skin still feels smoother, looks more even, and the whole ordering process was super easy, so I’m happy with it and would definitely buy it again.

"Felt a Bit Left in the Dark"
I ordered a couple of items from younbeauty.com, i was disappointed with the quality. One of the products felt kind of cheap and didn’t really match the photos online. It was still usable, but definitely didn’t feel worth the price I paid. Shipping was fine, but I also felt a little left in the dark about what to expect, so when the items arrived, it was a letdown.

I’ve ordered from here twice now, and both times everything showed up without any issues. Compared to some other sites where I’m always half-worried about the order or payment side of things, this one just feels safer and more straightforward to use.

My order showed up in good shape and everything looked just like the photos, so no complaints there. The shipping did feel like it took about a century, but customer support actually got back to me when I asked about it. Overall, good experience aside from the wait...

"Faster than I expected"
I ordered from younbeauty.com and the shipping ended up being quick, at least compared to what I usually expect with online beauty orders. The tracking updated fine for the most part, and I think there may have been about a one-day delay, but nothing that really bothered me. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience if you’re not in an absolute rush.

"Honestly, the ingredients seem solid"
I looked over the ingredients before I ordered, because yeah, I’m picky about what I put on my skin and I don’t think that’s a bad thing. They looked clean to me, and when it arrived there wasn’t any weird strong smell or that cheap filler feeling. My skin didn’t freak out either, which doesn’t happen often. So far, I’m happy with it

My order got here when they said it would, which was all I really needed. I kept checking the tracking anyway because I always do that, but yeah, no delays or weird surprises. Package showed up on time and everything was fine.

"Darker than expected"
The shade ended up being a lot darker than it looked in the photos, so it wasn’t really what I thought I was ordering. I’m usually careful about buying colors online because they can be risky, and this is exactly why. If you’re unsure, I’d definitely double-check or maybe go lighter than you think.

I know everyone’s skin is different, but this actually worked fine for me. It didn’t break me out at all, and my skin seemed to handle it well, so I don’t really have any complaints.

My order showed up fine and the site seemed safe enough to use. One of the products made my skin tingle a little more than I expected, though. It wasn’t anything terrible, but I’d probably do a patch test first next time just to be safe...

"Refund delay was frustrating"
This left me a bit annoyed. I had to follow up twice just to get my refund moving, and it still showed up later than expected. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely a hassle when you're already not in the mood to chase things.

"Helpful customer service, just a little slow"
I had a small issue with my order so I reached out to customer service, and while they didn’t get back to me right away, they replied the next day, were really polite, understood what I was asking without making me explain it over and over, and got the whole thing sorted without a bunch of annoying back and forth. Overall it was a good experience, I just wish the response time had been a bit faster

I got my order from Youn Beauty last week and, yeah, the application was actually really easy. Like, I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but I was kind of relieved it didn’t turn into a patchy mess the way some products do. The texture went on really smooth and only took me a few minutes, which is great because I’m definitely not a beauty expert. Overall, really happy with it and I’d buy it again

"A little disappointed with the packaging"
